anyone hear anything about the possible 3rd and 4th signing? CWs last interview said possibly a 3rd and 4th but there’s usually a little idea at this stage of who it night be or what position it might be.

Depends how confident we are in going up:

Any permanents will need to be signed within our modest championship budget; how many players out there could we sign for that, who could not only contribute this season, but potentially in the PL too?

Not many I don't think, though I'd be happy to be proven wrong.

Not sure why there’s the pedantry – a loan is a signing. Any story reporting one is as standard reported as ‘X club signs Y player on loan’. A deal will be negotiated, and signed by all parties. Dowell is a signing. Madine is a signing.
