...then I'd tell them both to fuck off.

I must admit, I can't stand Madine nor do I want him at my club.
But I hate the pigs more and would laugh if the scumbag bagged the winner against them.
I can believe we'd be paying £750k between now and the end of the season, all in. Signing a £4m player on a four year deal and paying him £10k per week would have the same accounting impact (£500k amortisation + £250k wages over 6 months): it's not a bad deal in the current market if that's true. Of course, you could read that as us paying £30k per week to cover Madine's wages but in reality you can't disconnect the loan fee from the wages unless you see the contract.
FWIW if Madine is on £30k per week he'll be costing Cardiff around £3.25m per year in transfer fee amortisation and wages - they'll be funding more than half of the six month cost at a guess.
Good morning
Firstly , I thought Madine contributed quite significantly towards our promotion push last season, especially at Millwall and Ipswich , and in both games he suffered a broken nose and cracked ribs respectively.
That said, I think the injuries sustained did affect his confidence thereafter and this pushed him down the pecking order.
I am happy though, that you are paying his full £30k per week wages (with incidtives)if you obtain promotion.
I would say it’s a fantastic deal for us, but I sincerely hope he does well for you.

We will if we sign Madine.Agreed. Even if we are paying £35k per week until the end of May, that's still only £700k.
We couldn't sign a L1 or L2 striker for that.
True. Preston have just signed Stockley for £750k. That’s without any signing on fee and a commitment to pay his wages for the next 2 and a half(?) years. So it’s probably around £2m minimum on a player that might not be good enough for the championship.Agreed. Even if we are paying £35k per week until the end of May, that's still only £700k.

£12k pw, fact.
The info you got that from came out last year and was defunct several times on Cardiff Fans forums, all wages in that list was 2017/2018 whilst in the Championship and before any new contracts were handed out or any contractually obliged promotion increases.
So it’s not a fact, it’s complete rubbish!
Doesn't this indicate that whatever Madine is on we are paying it?
Warnock:
“Financially it’s very good for us as well, everything is fully paid up and there are incentives for them going up as well.”

Isn't that just a rehash of the interview that was posted several times? It's not like Warnock to exaggerate the truth to stroke his own ego is it?
Yep Pierre, but also may illustrate that we are paying his wages fully (whatever they may be)
And yes, he may be pulling everyones plonker, but I don't understand why the need for it. Just say how it is. No one's gonna have a go whether we are paying half or all of it
As I mentioned previously, it maybe to keep the Cardiff supporters on side. If many of them thought it a bad deal to start with, saying what he's said is likely to keep them happy.
It would be a classic Warnock thing to do, deflection is something he does particularly well.
