Good point.

I think this is a good lesson to us all, I may have lost some anus, but I've gained a bigger arsehole.

We all need to put a positive spin on life more often, thank you for making me see it that way.

Just to clarify my arsehole is complete by the way, don't want any arse surgeons messaging me.

Fooling no one, you know nobody ever reads the small print......

It's possible that the translation into the King James bible wasn't entirely perfect so there's every chance

Matthew didn’t actually do the translation.......

I’d get out more but I can’t find my halo.

Is that like raccoon sex someone brought to our attention to recently?

Billy Sharp wouldn't get a game for Cardiff either - or David McGoldrick. Would we swap Chris Wilder for Neil Warnock?
The last time I saw Gary Madine play he was the outstanding player on the pitch playing for a shit Bolton team who managed to make a very good team look shit.
Some fans talk shit and like to spread shit around as if marking territory.

So you’ve come onto a forum to post about how frivolous it is to post on a forum? At least I own my time sinks :D

You reckon we are more likely to win promotion with him? I don’t. Cardiff fans don’t seem to think he offered them anything and they don’t have the back story we have. I think from a footballing perspective that this would be a complete disaster. You can tell from here alone that many fans would be against this so it starts off as a negative straight away. Negativity from home fans in a football ground leads to defeats.

Chris Wilder thinks he can help us, and Madine complements the other forwards well.

Personally I'm hopeful, but not certain that he'll do well. I remember Nigel Clough saying how difficult it was with strikers, you're never quite certain how they're going to fit in and just hope they'll get an early goal and kick on from there. I'm often surprised how sure some fans seem to be regarding new signings, how confident they seem to be about their own knowledge to say that player A will be great and player B will be shit. Who the hell could tell that Onuora was going to be a failure and Allison a success! That Basham would be phenomenal for us, but Woodburn a flop?

Madine have had a mixed career, and his last spell hasn't been a success. Cardiff fans have seen him start five games though. We'll just have to assess how he fits in, how match sharp he is and if he takes his chances. What I hope to see from him is that he gives us an extra threat in the box, especially in games when teams defends deep and in numbers. When we're struggling to carve through teams, like Birmingham, Hull, Stoke, pigs and Leeds, the option of a back post cross and an aerial strong target may turn some draws into wins for us.

Give over Bergen, he's been arrested 5 or 6 times and convicted twice in the last 10 years.

He's a nasty drunk yob who has anger issues and is likely to start on anyone who makes a comment to him. Given he's a piss-head, that's likely to happen a lot if he signs for us.

Twice in 2012 and the 2017 episode, what are the others, please?

One thing's for sure though, Wilder will be riding him hard and doing everything he can to make this a success if we do indeed sign him. If this doesn't go to plan rightly or wrongly he'll have fucked it in the eyes of many.

Gary Madine, goal machine[/
You really are taking the piss now by that comment!!.
We need a proven striker and we end up with this twat who has a 25% strike rate and hasn’t scored in nearly 12 months??.
We’re a top 4 championship team and we’re hoping that he’s going to score the goals that leads us to promotion??. FFS.
I see it as another James Hanson scenario. Don’t get me wrong I’ll cheer every goal he creates or scores because it will benefit my beloved blades.
I just don’t see him being the prolific striker we need?. UTB

Wish I had spent it on here now having as much fun as you all did.
It took you a whole day? Fucking hell lad, you need to smarten up your technique. Ten minutes is plenty of time to get her dripping like a fucked fridge. Then you can come on here and row with strangers all day. :D

I don’t think I have “high morals.” I would have thought my moral standards are fairly well aligned with society norms in that I am disgusted by a fully grown man assaulting a young lady on a night out for not kissing him, or knowing who he is and I also disapprove of a man assaulting another on account of the football team he supports

As a teenager my moral standards were potentially a even lower than the average, hence the distasteful username that you have pointed out. Have asked Foxy if it’s possible to change to something a little less abrasive. However, my username does not invalidate any of the points I’ve raised. Ever heard of “play the ball, not the man.”

So what you’re saying is you were in different person in your teens to what you are now?

To quote Rocky Balboa in Rocky IV - "I Guess What I'm Trying to Say, Is That if I Can Change, and You Can Change, Everybody Can Change!"

i cant be arsed to go through this entire thread suffice to say heres my view on the issues raised about him that ive seen on various social media posts etc

we cant sign him hes an ex-pig - leon, bromby, quinn (both of them), geary that puts that to bed
he hit a blade/wendy fan - so what many of us have got into scrapes when younger and drunk and were lucky to get away with it he didnt was caught and punished, the same people trotting this out were the same people backing Evans even before his conviction had been quashed, i mean we had Marlon King FFS and i cant rember a 40 odd page thread about him and his many misdemeanours (sexual assault etc).

he called billy a name - so effin what, dont you think CW had talked to billy (his most senior player and captain) about this potential apppointment ?
he celebrated when he scored in front of us - Shithousing is annoying when your on the receiving end but brilliant when youre giving it ( see dean hendersons antics)

if he signs then he'll be a yoonited player and i'll cheer him the on if you dont want to cheer him then fine just dont boo him keep quiet and let the team do what we want them to do which is win games and get promoted.

i have to say the lads got some balls though to basivcally come to a place where he knows hes a lot to prove

I'm curly-tailed and my brother-in-law has already told me to eff off when I mentioned this signing to him.

But he will score goals given the service.

What I would say to Blades fans who don't want him, is look what happened over the road when Owls fans didn't want Colin.

Basically, not a lot.

In spite of the tens of millions spent.
