Can’t disagree with him.

It’s been a ‘not so happy Christmas’ for this Blade. Instead of spending time with my family and enjoying the festivities, I’ve been looking at the league table absolutely shitting myself over how the gap is closing at a rate of next to fuck all and how a club shit poor can mount a promotion challenge after winning 1 game in 10 against a 10-man Preston side.

Well and truly ruined. I’m done with this club

But look at that squad. They may get it back to full strength, and we might see scenes reminiscent of......the bouncing day massacre.

Or

They may cash in their prized assets, pool the income and make a bid for Caolan Lavery.

Agre with AH, last 6 games we have gained 1 more point than them and considerably more over the season. If they think they will catch us any time soon with WBA and Middlesborough away coming up, I seriously doubt it.

Yes , I have to admit I was utterly distraught to see the 'Sleeping Giant ' gain a comprehensive and overwhelming 1-0 victory against 10 men and , as the poster rightly says , put them in a strong position to launch a serious promotion challenge .

The word deluded doesn't come anywhere close to describing the total detachment from reality that he and thousands of others of his fellow fuckwits clearly suffer from .

Some thick cunt got a thesaurus for Christmas didn't they.

Wonderful
A fixture against them still to play and their back to their deluded best

It's so much more fun to play against them in these circumstances

I don’t think it is inconceivable that they will lose the next two at Middlesborough and West Brom giving them 27 from 25 matches which still doesn’t quite get you 50 points in a full season.

Funny thing then is, if they do appoint Bruce, the next fixtures are:

Home vs his former club Birmingham Away vs his former club Hull
Home vs his former club Wigan

February has them against Reading, Ipswich, Rotherham and Millwall.

They could either be home and hosed or deep in trouble.

One thing is for sure, aside from the obvious cost implications of sacking Jos and hiring Bruce at a higher salary, that 8 figure hole doesn’t go away. So either they are about to disregard P&S in the hope results give them room to negotiate any penalty or the first thing a new manager will need to lead is a January fire sale.

I find myself weirdly intrigued by what happens next there as clearly ‘nothing’ isn’t an option.

I love these little ramblings from them. They've sacked Jos, won their next game and are on the verge of bringing in a manager renowned for liking a big transfer budget which they don't have and not particularly renowned as a specialist in staving off relegation, but seems familiar with getting sides down there.

I don't dislike Bruce, he's got a very dull style, but if i were the piggies i wouldn't be giving it the big un just yet.... If I was them I'd wait until Bruce has got them out of this division.

I bet the guy who posted that was a laugh yesterday.

Bruce has cash to spend in Jan and has four promotions on his CV from this league. Can’t see them going down
