.....and i don’t think I’m wrong in saying this but it should’ve been a good deal better which is testament to the whole club, not just Wilder, you all have to be pulling in the same direction but he’s obviously the catalyst behind it all.

Sorry but its not good enough, his Carabo(League Cup to us traditionalists or Old farts) record is Shocking. I bet even Adkins,Robson and Blackwells record's are better, and I'm pretty confident Weirs would have been too if he had stayed.
Even the Scrubbers from S6 have one the bloody thing, although don't mention Monster Trucks to them they get a little touchy.
We have been dumped out by such tin pot sides like Hull, Crewe, and Leicester.

I think he was lucky with the squad he inherited.
He got the chance to have a massive clear out and build his own squad. Even though Adkins is a tit, he was unlucky that he had to try and work with the shit he was left with.
It does show how good Wilder and his team are though that he's built squads to to do well in whatever league we're in and on a small budget.

Wilder was obviously following this thread... Since then we've conceded just 41 league goals in 51 games! 0.8 goals per game versus 1.1 in his first 99 matches.
