Nowt wrong with being on ya own. Through late circumstances I ended up going to the Mansfield pre season friendly on my own. Coupled with the 0-0 draw it was a nice afternoon of peace and quiet!

Call me a shit fan but I paid the extra tenner to watch the Preston FA Cup game last season. It was freezing, none of my mates bothered, I was severely hungover, the Lane was even quieter than normal and it was one of the worst games I’ve ever seen. Put me off early cup games for life, especially against same division opposition.

Similar situation for me at QPR. Ended up going on my own. Was just heading for the lower tier when a bloke asked if I’d buy his ticket for the upper, so he could sit with his mates in the lower.
So I ended up in the upper and met Maidenhead and Greenwich Blade
Which was nice.
