Ffs...it's 1st game of season stop pressing the fcukin panic button,we got ourselves in a winning position,end of day imo we got fcukin mugged...wilder will iron out the faults,so stop being so fcukin fickle blades....let them piggy cunts be like that,it's not our style!!!

Nobody,s pressing the panic button mate but if you think that was a decent display then you are as deluded as our piggy wiggy neighbours. I trust in the lord Chrissy Wilder but he got it wrong today and I certainly didn’t think we were worth the win. Midfield was devoid of creativity and our defence had certain sieve like qualities. Lunny panics big style when he gets in the box, Stevens couldn’t cross his heart and Basham was about as mobile as an arthritic bollard. Wilder will get it right but let’s not just accept a below par performance and kid ourselves that we were unlucky.
 
Yeah I don’t get the OP, we haven’t got a brand new side or anything and we played a fairly average team, albeit with quality within that team and looked the same as the end of last season. So in effect none of our players have improved and we haven’t got any new ones and therefore how is it going to get magically better !

No panic button here. Calm observation of something that we are seeing a repeat of game after game in the Championship since about December time.

We got mugged today and I can point out four other home games off the top of my head where the exact same thing happened. If I think hard enough I can probably point to 2 or 3 more. The form guide would suggest that I am struggling to think of others.
 
The thing is with the way the fixtures are set up over the next three weeks that was a bad result, we needed to take something from today.

It looks a very tough ask to get owt at Boro on Tuesday and our next home game is Norwich and I am afraid Wilders reaction after the game at Carrow Road has more or less wrote Farke’s team talk for him for that one.

The QPR game next week is now a massive game. I think we need to go there and win as otherwise this could get very messy very quickly.

I was very very concerned at the way we looked today I expected better than that.

Please don't class me as 1 of them,ffs....imo we dominated the majority of the game,if any thing i think we panicked a tad and sat back,but wilder will learn from that and instill what needs to be done,so don't fcukin worry.

We've played a premiership team,went 1 -0 up and sat back and and paid the price,imo we wer the better team over 90mins,

We were in a winning position also the better team they've had 2 maybe 3 attacks in we've conceded 2 fcukin goals....nieve defending surely,and as a say we will learn from it,because wilder won't let it happen agean.

Corky I agree it's 1 game. What worries me is that we had nothing upfront at all, no pace, no passion. We also haven't solved our defnsive errors, Stevens again was garbage and the back 3 were often out paced in the second half. And finally that midfield 3 is bloody slow and predictable, they can huff and puff but they will not blow the house down (we saw that towards the end of last season).

We've lost our edge and what we were reknowned for in the first half of last season, I thought we may have got that back after the break but clearly we haven't. If teams have sussed us then we need to change tactics, i'm personally not sure they have I just think Wilder is trying to over think things. Go back to bold attack, attack, attack tactics.

Absolutely spot on assessment of today. We were well off the pace today. IMO. Wilder will sort it though so let’s keep the faith. UTB
 



Its not the first game starting Lunny Evans and Fleck - I would love to know our record with those 3 compared to Coutts fleck and duffy. I bet its night and day.
