The basic premise of your post that I responded to is that we don't have a squad suited to ever going 4-4-2 or 4-5-1 implying that we do have one which is suited to 3-5-2 which, presumably, would still include many of the players whose shortcomings you believe you have identified.
Can you explain to me , therefore, how these shortcomings will suddenly magically disappear under the system we persevered with last year and was found wanting.
If , on the other hand , you are suggesting that those players should all be replaced , which your original post did not imply , please let me have a list of suitable and better replacements together with an estimate of transfer fees, wages, agents fees etc.
One thing is for sure, teams up and down the country will be quaking in their boots about the prospect of facing a team with Baldock and Stevens coming at them down the flanks rather than Duffy and Brooks and one which has only three proper defenders.
