United (and I hope Wilder is pinpointing defence as much as up top, that includes a defensive midfield player) need to be able to see out games when they're in front, that's what promotion teams do. It’s the same as last season any striker who plays in our team will get given loads of chances on a regular occurrence.

Leon isn’t that proflic but is a decent finisher.

Yes we do need better from our striker but it costs a lot.

The bad thing is we wouldn’t have the money to compete with Barnsley for K Moore

We've needed a lead striker all season.

Billy and Leon are good No2's, but neither strikes fear in the opposition.

Mind you if washing machine and Rhodes cost £18M I'm not holding my breath.

I don’t know, maybe they would have. Still doesn’t take away from a fantastic season from one of the top scorers in the league. Personally I’d prefer someone a bit better than Barnsley strikers if we are talking about replacing Sharp and Clarke.

He's one of those type of strikers that have a languid style and defenders just cant get the ball off,he reminds me of someone but just cant fathom who.
