If that's your car in your avatar Mendi, I'll pick it up from you outside the ground, drive it to my house and park it on my drive and deliver it back to you later, if you want? :)

Park in waitrose, nip in and buy a A lovely light quinoa salad on your way to the ground and yer sorted pal.

It's on street parking on Denby St, not sure what time to, possibly 6:30pm but it's 70p an hour to then.

Saturday. Exeter drive, William Street all free. Then take a nip into the Sheaf Island for a meal and a pint or 3 before the match. Then on the other side of the ground there's always East bank Road. Park up, KFC, Match and then what ever. Easy.

Loads of on-street & free parking available if you're willing to walk 10 minutes. If you can't be arsed with the walk there's plenty of pay car parks for a few quid.

In my experience, if you arrive two or three hours before kick off you'll find on street parking near the ground relatively easily. Arrive any later and you'll struggle and will have further to walk. Mostly it'll be pay and display on street parking on Saturdays but free on Tuesday nights.

Is the train station near the ground a 15 mins walk to and back ?

The train station is about a mile away so 15-20 minute walk or about 3 minutes in a cab with normal traffic or 10 minutes with match day traffic

BDTBL is one of the easiest grounds to park at in the league. To say we get 25k plus as well.Compare it to f***ing Leicester QPR Millwall & Norwich this season where I missed nearly all the kick offs looking for somewhere.Suppose it helps knowing the area but still find every away ground seems to be permit holders only within a 20 mile radius.

I think you could ask a different question which might elicit more helpful answers. If you said "I'm driving in from........, where's the best place for free parking?" that might get you something useful.

For example, if you're coming down Abbeydale Road, Chippinghouse Rd, near the mosque is free and about a 10 minute walk and not too bad for getting away after the game.

It’s a RAILWAY STATION and yes it’s no more than a ten minute walk straight up Shoreham Street.
and on the very rare occasions that I have to drive I usually park at the station at Meadowhall and catch the train in.

That way I'm back on the motorway for 5.30 ( 3.00 pm k.o) with no traffic hassles.

Or park anywhere near the tram lines and get on one.
All this fucking about for a £3-4 saving!! Jesus Christ!!
I know this is yorkshire, but surely saving £4 and risking a fine, clamp, vandalism or even coming back to an empty space where your motor was parked, is ridiculous!?
Oh, and BnQ customers can park for free for 3hrs, so a £1:20 light bulb n the receipt on your dash allows plenty of time........................not that I condone doing that!

That's a bright idea.
