I want Bristol to lose, not so much Wednesday to win. We need assistance in getting sixth spot. People saying "it wont make a difference" are being blinkered. Of course it could make a difference. It could make all the difference.

That is exactly what I think....There is no need for us to go up this year ( probably quite a few reasons not to do so!) Its no good getting promoted, getting nul points and having spent all the so called "jackpot" on getting those nul points.

Relegation this season, or even fourth /fifth bottom and the same (or better) job next year could lead the grunters to spending a new generation where they truly belong.

Got to go with the bigger picture than just one match.

If I’m honest I don’t think we will make sixth. If I thought we could then I’d want pigs to win. But I’m with Wilder in that we aren’t yet good enough and other teams around us, who struggled a bit at the start of the season, are coming good.

So, next best thing to us going up is pigs to go down. I would love that. Preferably on the road to bankruptcy. As it is still a possibility that this could happen then I’m in the Bristol to win gang.
