Having searched this to find out on google, this thread came up which might be worth a read. It appears Bramall Lane is in fact the oldest, but deepdale is the most continuously used- by one club. As they were playing at Deepdale before the formation of Sheffield United.

What about Mansfield?

Seems to me that certain clubs just jiggle the wording a little to try and make a claim.

South stand sells out every game atm. If they expanded it now it would result in higher attendances imo.

Yes and no. A traditional bedsit was a single room with a small kitchen in it, or just a kettle and a hot plate, with shared toilet and bathroom (or a shower in the corner). A studio was more of a self contained flat with its own kitchen and bathroom but no separate bedroom. But estate agents and developers often mangle the definitions.
Ironically, many 'one bedroom flats' whilst having a separate bedroom don't have a separate living room, they have 'kitchen diners' which are often little more than a slightly bigger kitchen with a sofa in it.
