Maybe rosler doesn't really want him to pressure and chase the centre backs, rather to let them have it. If he comes here he will be expected to do that, because that's what CW demands.

This, we're used to our strikers pressing non stop, but many teams are instructed to pretty much do the opposite.

I still like Devante Cole and feel that he could make the step up seamlessly, although perhaps not a world beater initially.

If I had to chose however between this signing and the rumoured James Wilson of Manchester United, I think I would opt for the latter. My decision isn't anything to do with the association with Manure either....

Having seen videos of both players, I honestly believe that Wilson's play is more suited to our own and feel that his all round attributes would bring what we have been missing in the final third of the pitch. He is highly confident in possession of the ball when running at defenders and whilst he might be a striker, not only does he possess a lethal finish but he also has all of the attributes of a decent midfielder as well, so you have that bit of flexibility with him.

If you look at where Wilson's goals come from, he has the poachers touch of an early Wayne Rooney. He scores a good few from in and around the 18 yard box, with both feet and his head might I add...But he is also audacious enough to have a crack on sight and from distance, scoring a good few in the process.

Of course the Wilson rumour could well turn out to be a nothing rumour in which all of the above is irrelevant, but for me this mould of player is where we should be looking. As I said, I like Devante Cole and I feel he brings something to the table...But does he bring anything too different from what we possess in Clarke and Donaldson? Guess we can only wait and see.

Not moving into space at all at the moment. Not causing his markers any problem. Doing a good impression of wandrin abart to no avail.
