Do the club accept Amex cards when paying for tickets?

It's alright, I'm not rich enough either

Just looking around for cashback credit cards and as SUFC accounts for the greatest lumps of expense every month, I'd better get a card they accept

Not rich enough to get 5% cashback from Amex... so 1% and 0.5% will have to do from elsewhere.

Amex are highly unlikely to be accepted at Bramall Lane to be honest.

But I can't say for certain, so there's no point in me responding

You have to pay a higher rate of transaction fees for AMEX, hence why many places don't accept them
