1. We blatantly aren't there to cause trouble and in any case I've made it very clear we couldn't afford to 'misbehave'

And they’ll just take your word for it? Are you personally responsible for the behaviour of everyone in your gang?

Is that really your view on this? Or is it the Stars view? Or just one of your random negative jibes looking for a reaction(cheap quote mid article)? Go Dan go!

It was a genuine question. Incidentally, do you post on behalf of your employer?

Anybody yet to sort their tickets, try and get them somewhere on the back 2 rows so we get them filled. Rows V and W.
Aren't the back 2 rows on the BLUT A and B?

Moved 3 of us yesterday to S104-106. I will wear something red and white for recognition. Also I will come in 5 minutes late, go to the toilet 3 times each half and continually shout "your fucking wank Lundstram" if hes playing or not.
Seriously, great effort Ricky, the atmosphere does need improving so well done pal.

Anybody yet to sort their tickets, just ask for seats between 104 to 125 (at the back).

If your ticket number is 103 or lower, just move to the above area anyway - there'll be space.

Gangway E also includes part of the block to the left, according to someone with a ticket in that section.

We used to have a small mob on The Lane end mid 70s that improved the atmosphere a lot
In between scrapping with the away fans :D

My response would be:

1. We blatantly aren't there to cause trouble and in any case I've made it very clear we couldn't afford to 'misbehave'
2. We're nowhere near and have no access to the away fans - which would be the most likely basis of any trouble
3. There are so many empty seats available in the BLUT that loads up there won't spend the game in their allocated seat anyway
4. Presumably the club have good CCTV - if not, then they should, and there's no excuse
5. Stewards - put one (with common sense) up there with us if needs be

I think the club would be more open to assisting in something like this than they used to be but it wouldn't surprise me if they (the safety officer) threw obstacles in the way. Even though it should actually be clubs coming up with these initiatives, not the likes of me.

I spoke to one of the main stewards in there at the Brum game. He was saying it's took 10 years to get Blades fans back up there and is worried that a bit a trouble could see the end of it.

I'm extremely confident there'd be no trouble from our group.

Did he say anything to indicate how the stewards would approach a 'rowdy' group up there?

He said that the ringleader would be taken and the "gimp" scene in Pulp Fiction would be re-enacted.

Yep, no problem. As I said, there'll be space. Might as well just go there from the start.

OK, I put my trust in your judgment Michael Fish ;)

I work outside. Everyday I look at the weather apps and forecasts and I dare say they’re wrong far more than they’re right.

That said, with the temperatures set to be ‘highs of 1 lows of baltic’, the big coat might have to come out

Shifted mine now

If your seat number's lower than 103 just move over to the right when you get in the ground, between 104 to 125, as far back as possible.

Same goes for anyone else in this situation, so I'll put this on here again:

I made the mistake of assuming the very clear physical block of seats would form the entire 'gangway'. But for some reason the gangways overlap the blocks.

I won't be there so haven't taken part in the poll. Would be interested to know what kind of numbers this has behind it though?

There's only been positivity and support for the idea generally. How many numbers moving to the BLUT that translates to remains to be seen.

Tomorrow's game isn't ideal with the kick off time but I'm expecting between 50 and 100, which is enough to make a start.

I'm confident it will be over 100 for Bolton, and then it will hopefully grow from there.

It won't take huge numbers to make a big difference so I encourage anyone interested to make the effort. It could be really worthwhile long term.
