i’m not writing anyone off at all i think you have decided i am trying to blame someone.. what i am trying to say is that when ‘that’ 11 dont play for whatever reason, we aren’t as good.. why is that? ( genuine question)

Me be I'm being a tad over sensitive having spent last 2 hours listening to the squealing whinging of (apparen/alleged) Blades albeit a (vocal) minority
My suggested reasons why we aren't as good as 'that11' are above , plus we were fortunate to be able to keep picking that (winning) team
Also wonder if even the players believe the words of the Coutts song ?

Conceding too many goals, having a lot of possession but without Coutts there is no creativity just pointless telegraphed passing that doesn't go anywhere.

Make a change, try something different because this isn't working now.

I agree, I'd start Brooks and Samir with Basham in midfield. Then Baldock at RWB and never start Stearman again

I don't go with all this "in Tufty we trust" stuff. He's like every other manager I've known, good or bad over 55 years. He makes mistakes and he has a tendency to support players he buys because to do otherwise would show him as a failure. Even Saint John Harris made mistakes.

At least Wilder admits its a possibility. Just said on RS that he put Stearman in to counter a physical threat and whether that was a mistake is up for debate. Sure is.

I trust him because when he makes a mistake he not only realises it, but he also admits it.

Over the past decade we've had managers who were either too arrogant to accept they've droppped a bollock, or too stupid to realise...

We've now got a guy who's self aware enough to do both - and because of that I trust him...
