God's country ...... Rovrum!
Blades quality Adidas manufactured shirts, voted best in Championship @ £45.00 for a full season less 10% for ST holders = £40.50

Wendy shirts on sale from Monday @ £59.00 - 3 months into the season!

Hold on tho, as a special treat, if you buy before 30th Nov you can have one for £49.00

LMAO - Mugs :D

Excellent bit of levering in a bit of pig bashing to GBC there '58 :D
(for the record it bothers me not where it's posted)
We are in the title of this thread for a comparison so it shouldn't. It will probably lead to more comparisons between Blades and that other team.

Also, ours will be reduced during the season to £25 I imagine, meanwhile they've only just stopped asking for £55 for last seasons shirt.

Correct me if I'm wrong but couldn't last seasons shirts be had for around 10-15 quid depending of size, once the season was over?

That's if they do actually get them into the pig shop before the end on November, sounds like the piggies are squealing like fook at the prices tee hee :D
Ps still no sign of the away shirt apart from in IKEA

Football is too expensive as it is...

But they’re arguing between themselves again... the whole if you can’t afford it don’t pay it argument.

Some of them (and their decision makers) really don’t see that supporting a team generally means being able to afford to see them and buying a shirt to show your colours when you do... etc etc.

...they’re not only pricing a lot of adults out of doing that but it’s really really short sighted.

I think what’s more worrying for them is... if you’re in it for the long term you secure your future by charging adults lots but make it as cheap as possible as you can for kids -they’re doing the first bit but basically massively limiting their support for the future.

Which can surely only be good for us.
UTB.

Seems like a few still wear this stuff as a badge of honour.

High ticket prices, high shirt prices, big transfer fees, enormous wage bill; look at all that, just like Chelsea, Man Utd, Man City, Arsenal. Only the really big clubs can do all this.

Deluded.
It's like drinking home brew from a Stella glass whist wearing a fake Rolex.

It's delightful watching them implode, but in all seriousness this season could define Sheffield football for a generation, if they carry on ostresising their fans and pricing them out, and we go up, we are going to see a MASSIVE shift towards the Blades in terms of attracting new supporters.

Long may it continue!

And all in time for the Kop extension and establishment in the Premier League, too.

Glad I’m not supporting that lot.

If they think that is the “price” for those premier league quality players they think they had, then they really are kidding themselves.
Like the ten bob millionaires we all know....have a flash car, designer clothes, and the foreign holidays.....but up to their credit card limit on 4 cards and pestering bank of mum and dad to bail them out every couple of years.

Fucks sake, it wasn't home brew it was "locally produced" and my supplier assured me it was a Rolex. Big Vern has gone to see him, I'll have your money back by Monday.
Thank you Mr Dejphon sir.

I know we have had it bad while in league one but even so we were never as bad as they are now. Dolphin killer and his people clearly haven't got a clue how to run a football club. What a shower of shit they are, the gift that just keeps on giving, the tarpaulin on the Lepers lane stand just about sums them up just now amateur in every way.

There’s definitely a money grab going on at the Sty. Surely even the thickest Pig wouldn’t fall for this...would they?
Yes a money grab for sure,no empathy for fans at alll at S6. The Wendy to me look like a club on the precipice.
Give me McCabe over chancer anytime,They think he's god for shafting them but to me he's the pied piper.

I watched an interesting Louis Theroux documentary about the sex trade in Houston last night and it was fascinating how the pimps treat their 'ho's so badly but the girls are totally in awe of them.
