I believe so, yes.

It came from a poster on here who had bumped into a few of the lads on a night out last season, in Pot Kettle Black on Eccy Road if my memory serves me correctly. Someone asked the poster if he got any stories or gossip out of them and he said one of them told him that that's why Freeman got sent to Mansfield (think Freeman was there but not sure if he told the story himself).

Could be complete codswallop, but the poster in question seemed sincere, and quite frankly it's a nice idea to have in yer head even if it ends up being bollocks

If anybody remembers who told the story, or if you were the bloke who told it, pipe up and confirm!
