west ham will not be alowed to take there case to the court of arbritration of sport
 



lets await the barrage of bad press and whinging on then :)

I wonder if Mr Samuel has developed RSI yet.
 
Yup. Just seen it. I heard a rumour yesterday that the decision would be made today from a pretty reliable source, but he honestly didn't know which way the decision would go.

Part of me really doesn't care about any cash now. I just want the whole thing behind us. That said, had the decision gone against us, my opinion could well have been different.
 
whine whine whine, is that all you blades do? maybe if you lot weren't so god awful that season you might not have gone down, ever thought of that? Blaming it on one man, so ridiculous. It is the appitimy of sour grapes.

Thought It was West Ham doing the whinging by trying to drag the saga on even more by taking it CAS even though CAS said themselves they probably powerless to do anything for them.

West Ham just need pay up and move on.

Just like Barnsley need to accept the fact the FA are useless, Morgan is sorry and Hume just wants to get better and move on.

pay up?! we already bloody have.. 5.5m, why the hell should we give anything to you specifically? if we do, then we should give some to anyone else who went down? but they arent bothering because they know that you cannot hinge a team on one man its ridiculous, and they also know that if they hadn't played like a bunch of championship players in the first place, they would never have had to go through this.

incredible, you're all incredible... it is so out there its unreal, you're only getting the rulings because the premier league fucked up in the first place and didn't deduct us points... i admit, we deserved a points deduction maybe even demotion, but not all this.

At the time though, you'd have probably wanted a fine and to keep your PL status. I feel that being skint has a large part to play in what you're saying so now you've changed your mind.

Seriously, have a search around the forums. The reason we can't be bothered to discuss this properly is because we've worn our fingers down over many months doing exactly that. There's a veritable horde of WHU fans here.

Perhaps we ought to set a forum up for you... that just posts the same posts every day in a never ending cycle of victim syndrome and moaning...

Thats a good idea.

Setup an away fans forum were the Barnsley and West Ham fans can vent their frustration.

Also Wolves fans aswell some of them seem to think we hurt their lads last night. :confused:
