Well, I'm sure some will find a way of slagging off the club and the owner.
But sometimes you have to sit back, take stock and actually understand what is put in front of you.
And that is some achievement by everyone involved with the academy, from the cleaners, kit washer, reception staff up to the owner.
Despite our failings in the league, and the losses incurred we have maintained the academy when other clubs have done the opposite.
Now, if there are parents out there with a very talented boy, and looking to take their son to an academy then they would be very foolish to ignore us.
And I suspect we are only Going to go from strength to strength
The tone of the star report suggests to me that we did have the best coach's but they've now all gone on to better things. Does that mean the accadamy will no longer be as successful or have we replaced these coach's properly?

The academy, the ground, next year the team. We will have eclipsed the pigs in all aspects of the game. All we need to put the icing on the cake is a couple of demolition derbies next season then we can just sit back and watch the fuckers squirm in the knowledge they are second best.

On the flipside it also highlights how negligently the first team has been managed and how poorly managers selected.
More 'natural resource' than anyone outside top flight yet outside top flight for so long.
Disgrace really.
