Online ticket website - still problems?

I am a season ticket holder. I just tried to buy an additional ticket for the Brentford game for a friend - a non season ticket holder. When I go to checkout it says, "You can only buy 1 ticket. Customer number xxxxxxx already has 2 tickets purchased or reserved".

I look at my purchase history to see if I've had a slip of memory and bought a ticket before for this game. No I haven't - there's no purchase history there. I've only got 1 ticket - that is, my season ticket. Is that my lot then?

Maybe I've misunderstood something but I thought I was allowed to buy 1 ticket, additional to my season ticket, for the game?

You need to add the additional person as Friends and Family in order to buy additional tickets. Think the maximum is 5.

It's also the case that often, you have to click the 'update cart' button to get it to recognise changes such as people the tickets are allocated to, or the delivery method.

Try that.

Our ticket office is a joke and always has been, trouble is, it isn't funny. So far this morning it's taken me over an hour to book a ticket for the Walsall game.
Why no cup tie scheme this year? Every time I got to the checkout it was saying "one of the items in your basket can only be purchased by a junior member". I then ring the ticket office and am tenth in the queue and I was still tenth when I put the phone down seven minutes later.
Is this a good way to do business? Grrrrrrrrr.

A southern friend tried to buy me and others a Brentford ticket online two days ago, he's done it dozens of times on the old system so knows exactly what to do. This time with the new system the computer says no many times. So he spent a hour on the phone and bought them that way as paper tickets mailed out. What's the point some of us having a membership cards if we can't load tickets onto it ? Please sort it out united. Buying tickets is often a nightmare and I allow at least 30 minutes for it, it shouldn't be that way, I dread it.
