It's the slippery slope. When we're in this division for 5 years as they have been, would you bet against ticket prices hitting the £40 mark? I certainly wouldn't.
I wouldn't bet loads against it. but I'd be tempted to put a quid or two down.
McCabe has his weaknesses but he does know the club, and he knows for a fact if he takes the piss with prices, we simply won't pay it. We're not like our porcine neighbours who seem happy to stump up silly amounts to have their ego's stroked by the 'massive' lie. I don't care how good the football is; if prices reach those kinds of levels I won't be going. I wouldn't be able to afford it.
