The Sheffield fans derby is an annual charity football match which sees Sheffield United fans take on Sheffield Wednesday fans in a football match which has been staged at various venues. Last year, Hallam FC kindly hosted us and saw the blades run out 3-0 winners with yours truly on the score sheet. This year, after years of never thinking it would happened again (happened once years ago) it is being hosted at the holy stadium of Bramall Lane.

The kick off time is Monday May 22nd 2017 at 7pm. Spectators can enter the turnstiles through turnstiles 68-73 of the South Stand and tickets are £3 on the door and under 12's are free. All monies go to the Sheffield hospitals Charity stroke appeal.

If anyone wants to come it would be great to have your support. Although this is for charity, we are very keen to beat Wednesday at the Lane and they are equally keen to beat us in our own back yard.

Be great to see anyone there for support and for a drink in the bar after. I am the big lad up front. I am a cross between Connor Sammon and Craig Beattie.

Cheers for reading.

How the fuck did you end up on the scoresheet???!!! Best of luck pal, can't make it myself but if there's a just giving link or some such like I'll willingly chuck some cash in?

Very nice of you mate thanks. I've just queried a just giving link and I'll post it if I get one, sure they'll be one. Cheers!

Not the first time you will have scored at Bramall Lane, eh, J? ;)
Away colours from the spot, last time, as I recall.
Ken Jnr played in the same game and scored for the home shirts in the Bramall Lane end

Great memories mate! Be good to do it against Wednesday though!

I know it's for charity and all that and a good cause etc etc but..... cross between Craig Beattie and Connor sammon ?!! Shouldn't we be getting a more formidable forward !!

Higdon is available..... :)

Just a reminder chaps this game is tonight at 7. If you fancy coming down all for a good cause. I'll do my best for the blades. And remember, it's just a friendly..... Screenshot_2017-05-22-08-39-57.png

Ft Sheffield united 3-3 Sheffield Wednesday.

Owls win 5-3 on penalties.

Enjoyed the night (not the result) decent crowd there so a lot of money raised hopefully. Thanks to anyone that came to support and congratulations to the Owls fans.

We couldn't quite get there this year but we'll be back. UTB
