Ladies and gents, today is a special day...today Sheffield United joined a handful of clubs who have won all 4 divisions in the English football league. We may have taken 6 attempts to get out of League One, but at least we did it in the best way possible, by making history that we all should be proud of!

Now lets go rip up the Championship and get back to being amongst the elite!

UTB!

Wolves won Division 1 in 1953/54, Division 2 in 1931/32, Division 3 in 1988/89 and Division 4 in 1987/88.
Burnley won Division 1 in 1920/21, Division 2 in 1897/98, Division 3 in 1981/82 and Division 4 in 1991/92.
Preston won Division 1 in 1888/89, Division 2 in 1903/04, Division 3 in 1970/71 and Division 4 in 1995/96.
THE BLADES won Division 1 in 1897/98, Division 2 in 1952/53, Division 3 in 1981/82 and Division 4 in 2016/17.

So we only took 119 years to complete the clean sweep.

Wolves dominated English football during the 1950's.

Don't think she was giving you a nudge to discuss football 1066, like most of us you're in a daze and not thinking straight ;)

At the moment the 100 points are my wish/priority but long term when we look back, being part of this club will be special, the 100 points will fade away.

Without googling how many can remember how many points we got in 71 to go up?

I think you're right this morning she told me I was in the danger drop zone !

56 from 42 games BUT only 2 points for a win so, with 3 pts. for a win, 77 points.

Harris out!

If we were to get 100 points I don't think it will fade away because it will be the highest number of points the club has ever got in a single season. It will only fade away if we were to beat that total in a future season.

I don't remember how many points we got in 1971. I would have to look it up. But that is because the total probably wasn't particularly exceptional. But I do remember the 96 points we got in 1982 and I think I probably remember that figure because to date it is the highest number of points we have ever got, and added to that we went up as champions. Even if it had still been 2 points for a win we would have got an impressive 69 points and I think that total would be remembered.

As good as it might seem to have won every league. I'd sooner have never been in the fourth tier of English football.

Didn't Preston's Div 3 winning side feature the original Ireland's number one in goal? :)
