Isn't column A the points gained after 41 games?
A win in game 42 ( column B) for Wolves gives them 93 points, then 3 wins and a draw in last 4 =103 points (probably)

Only just seen this. Column A was points after 41 games, col b result in game 42, col c final total. So they got 13 from 5 games.
