It all seems very surreal to me. All the celebrations of the weekend, promotion in the bag, POY awards already done on Saturday.....
...yet we still have 4 games to play. Thankfully we still have that title to battle for!!

Hardly a battle to be honest. Need to not win any of last 4 for Bolton to have a chance. 4 draws is enough. The title is ours

True but i think it was the 13th of April.

This time it was the 8th April.
Friday 13 May 2016 is the day promotion was confirmed;

it would be great to see us, see out the season in style and get 100 points, not essential but would be wonderful to see and glad in a way we cant end on 99 as nice as the comparisons with his time at Northampton is, I think it would be nice for this one to run a little differently as I am sure no disrespect to Northampton, will mean a lot more to Chris Wilder with it being his team from being a lad.

It was the supporters club POY awards on Saturday. The official club one is on 1st May.

On that note, congrats to Billy for winning League One Player Of The Year last night!

Listening to Tufty over the weekend and it seems to me as though he has a hangover regret from last season that Northampton didn't get 100 pts and as others have said, I think he really wants that this season, not to mention the title of course. Although the latter may come this time next week, I don't think he considers this season done and dusted by any means.

It'd be nice to get 100 but I would like to give a few kids a chance. And a few who've been on the fringes.

David Brooks, Jake Wright Jnr, even Louis Reed. Regan Slater looked shit hot against Grimsby in the paint pot too so they did prove they can play against the big boys. It's a tough one, but once, if, we drop any points (so 100 points can't actually happen) I'd give the kids a run out. Then play full strength against Chezzy to end the season on a high.

I don't want (selfishly) to see the team parading the Trophy until the Chesterfield game

Nah not for me, the players who have got us in this position should be the ones to taste the atmosphere/glory.

And they will, against Chesterfield :) like I said, until we drop a point I'd play the full strength team though, I would like 100 points but if that becomes unachievable that's what I'd do.

Yes, it is. They wont catch us even if we don't get another point.

In practical terms we've won the League in 38 games. Quite remarkable. Tuftastic in fact.

Port Vale - have to play full strength to maintain the quest for 100

Bradford - home coming of the promotion winning team, full strength team a must

MK Dons - Huge away following, title clinching day? Full strength team.

Chesterfield - lift the trophy, full strength team.

Thats my take on it.

After us getting fucked in the premiership by teams playing weakened sides i feel we should play full strength teams against those with something to play for. Mk dons and chesterfield we could probably play a couple of youngsters.

Begs the question what our full strength team is right now.

From nowhere, Leon Clarke has a good shout to be in it.

Despite being hooked at half time in a tactical move, wasn't Carruthers (not you Ricky Herbert) supposed to bring that bit of Championship experience?

But who'd leave out Duffy and Hanson?

Nice to have options!

My take on it is that there is a strange fascination in some of us to watch kids play. Good, bad or Fucking useless, let's select some players who aren't yet good enough for the first team and may never be, because they are...well....young.

There are much more deserving players who are not good enough who, if anyone, should be givenarun. Done, Wilson, Scougall for example, all of whom have played a part in an outstanding season.

The kids have some important kids games to play, I believe. Let them get on with those and avarunintfestteam if and when they're good enough.

Alternatively we can cease to be a professional football club and operate like a Sunday League U-15s. Such football is available to watch at a park near you free of charge. If you're lucky there'll be some alehouse hoofing on an adjacent pitch for good measure. S2 Bladey Boyband Heaven.

No disrespect to Chesterfield but I really hope we run riot in that game and win about 8-0. We're due a big one and with the pressure off and the fact that they will likely already be down, I think it's set up for it.

Would be great for the fans if we seal the title at the Bradford game.

We could indeed, but why?

As Sham 69 said . The kids are United . However they ain't good enough .

McNulty , Scougal deserve a game then , and they ain't good enough . Thank fuck Sheffield United Football Club ain't a register charity . It would be sponsor a panda .

FOXY! Pinchy's account has bee hijacked by someone who is not posting abusive stuff about Done.

Do we have a whip round for the £3.49 ransom to get the miserable old Done-hater back?
