Those asking about the Kop... There's temporary seating in front, but refreshments at the Kop end.

Apparently only 7k left now

According to Matchroom, 17,000 have been sold via general today. Selling quite well, should see 22/23k there at least I would have thought. Not sure if it will completely sell out.

Could be wrong, but I'm sure that I saw somewhere that only 15,000 went to Goodison for Bellew's fight last year.

there were a few thousand sold on the pre sale too I imagine so its looking like it will sell out. and yeah 15k went to Goodison "On the first night of boxing ever to be staged at Goodison, around 15,000 fans packed out the ground with Bellew the headline act. "

Are there many £44 tickets left, from the club?

40 minute queue in the ground this afternoon for mine. £44 in decent seats in the South Stand.

What area would people recommend ? Will the pitch seats be a good view?

Think it will be a decent view from anywhere tbh. At games I have no problem seeing what's going off from the stands to the centre circle. Only problem with being on the pitch is the weather.

Did they allow you to select your seats if you bought in person ?

£44.00 tickets available for Westfield corner and South Stand Ricky , but limited .

No, they didn't allow me to pick the seats, but i gave her a rough idea of where i wanted to sit, and she came back with the nearest available. Gangway C, Row B

That'll teach me to be a lazy twat . I bought 5 for the John Street online earlier and i haven't a clue where in the Stand we'll be .

I got mine online, cos my mate that was supposed to be getting them from the ticket office fucked up his finances and didn't have enough cash left. 2 tickets in the Westfield corner, but I also haven't got a clue where in the stand. Fingers crossed that all the tales I've heard of "best view in the stadium" are true!

Had to queue an hour and a half online this morning, got a seat in JSS at £44. I thought it worked well, okay had to wait 1 1/2 hours but I knew roughly the queuing time and how the sales were going in each stand. Prefer that than what happens when them bleeding ticketing agencies are scooping them all up and officially it's a 'sell out' after 1/2 hour.

One thing we might have an issue with being sat in the corner is that our view might be obstructed my the frame holding up the "roof" over the ring and the TV screens.

This did occur to me...about 30 seconds after I bought the tickets. What will be will be I suppose. I'm looking forward to the atmosphere enormously...I've always liked boxing, but never been able to afford tickets/travel anywhere for a big title fight. A Blade fighting at the lane, less than a mile from where I live was just too much to turn down. Can't fucking wait!

He ain't a blade according to some dumb pig on twitter. He don't support either team it's just his uncle!!!

Yep, exactly the same here.

I can't call myself a boxing fan, I don't follow the sport but I tend to tune in when the big fights are on, couldn't say no to this one though considering it's a Blade fighting at The Lane. TBH though, I think we're mostly going to soak up what will surely be an amazing atmosphere.

They really do love to spout bullshit don't they? I'm sure Kell himself has said something to the effect of "it's always been my dream to fight here" etc etc (I may be misquoting there, just sure I read it somewhere).

They're just bitter cos we've got a World Champion and all they've got is the mega-MASSIVELY-deluded Michael Vaughan.

I think the atmosphere will be absolutely electric! If you're in the corner too you can help me get the "Na na na na he's a blade and he's a blade!" going during Kell's ringwalk ;)

Make sure you save some of your pennies for merchandise, gentlemen.
I was going to order your Hendos/chip butty one last month but kept forgetting then before I knew it I was skint. Going to try and buy it this month but got shit loads to fork out with the Brook fight, the away games and the day/weekend sessions celebrating promotion.......

I was thinking earlier, before he comes out, they ought to play the first couple of bars of Annies Song (like they do on match days) and get all the Blades singing Greasy Chip Butty. Then, when that's done, the lights go down and "All Of The Lights" starts up.
