but i did see some south stand tickets on sale at stubhub but my god daylight robbery is an understatement asking over £100 for £40 ticket. but i dont know how that legal & any different to ticket touts there trying to stamp out

Stubhub are a fucking disgrace . Im not sure what legal loophole it is that they manage to exploit but whatever it is it needs closing . They are ticket touts plain and simple .

That match has got forgotten with everything else going on, no ticket update from the club.

Agreed - I cannot stand it when people seek to make money out of these things.
 
Frickin Family Stand sold out. If some frickin Pig ends up sat in my seat, I won't be happy...

Got 3 tickets for the south stand. Stub hub are a sponsor for the fight, daft as fuck they get thousand of tickets set aside for them straight away so they can double the price and sell them, piss take.
 
StubHub are absolute cunts. No surprise to learn Eddie Hearn has a large share in them. Just another method to fleece more money from your average punter.

I believe the tickets given to them by Matchroom are sold at face value, it's the tickets that are bought by people that are sold above fave value.
 
just got two 44 quid south stand tickets, going to take the hit from the unauthorised overdraft fees.
 

Over 14k have been sold including pre sales, club sales and stubhub as of right now so plenty still available but selling well.
 
Anyone got any idea how much the club will make from this?

Well we've definitely got 10 % of all ticket sales through the club . 20000 at an average cost of 50 quid means a million . 10 % of the means 100k . I've no idea about how much we've charged for using the ground though .

We've got to be looking at 250000 when all of the overheads have been deducted . Maybe more . And now that we have a pitch that will cope with it we'll be looking at more events throughout the summer . It's a win win situation .
 
Why is the kop closed? Could've at least opened the front section beneath the pillars.

The bloke next to me handed over £1400 for tickets, no idea how many of which category though.

I did think about getting an extra couple to try and hawk and possibly pay for mine with the profit but bearing in mind most of the buyers will be my fellow Blades I couldn't bring myself to do it

The Kop has the worse facilities in the ground and the most cramped leg room.
I suppose they'll only open the Kop as a last resort.

They're probably expecting a 25,000 crowd, so the Kop won't be needed.
