Theres been no ticket updates regards how sales are progressing.
So I've been on the ticket booking site which shows empty seats to date.

Empty seats to date are

0 in the Westfield corner stand as it's sold out
8 South stand bottom corner (where netting removed)

97 left in Bramall Lane bottom tier, all mainly near the South stand end.
183 Kop, the 2 central zones
1,300 approx Kop wings (mainly at the South stand wing)

So we have about 1,500 tickets left for home supporters PLUS the John Street family stand.
Not a bad effort, it'll be good to see the bottom tier almost full with Blades
And looks like a good 1,000+ have moved from the Kop to the bottom tier.

Looks like there'll definitely be more Blades in the stadium than at the Scunthorpe game.

The capacity for the Bolton match is easily 32,000 (the only segregation being in the upper tier).
If we sold out the Family stand then we would definitely break 30,000.
But I expect nearly 1000 empty seats in that stand.

So my prediction is 29,089.

First 10 rows in BLLT haven't been on sale, so probably need knock about 1,000 off.

Given the number of years that we've been in this fuckin' division, to get close to 28K last week, and then to consider passing that figure against Bolton, well, what does it say about our support and what we could deliver in terms of home attendance if we get promotion? Absolutely wonderful support, especially for a club that's become used to being a Division 1 club. Different times ahead, and I hope both McCabe and the Prince are taking note, if you guys can't understand why our manager needs your full backing, especially next season, then you'll never learn. Either continue as we've done, or show the manager and supporters you mean business, it's long overdue and time we meant business. UTB

For some of us that have been banging on about choice for OUR fans, it will be great to have all 4 sides with Blades in the stands.

Whilst we have had issues in the past, we should by now have paid our dues and we shoudl be given a chance to open up more of the ground for these types of games.

It seems extremly fair of the autorities to allow us some leaway and see how we perform - and hopefully behave.

The only thing left is to sort a credible plan for Bramall Lane after games and get our fans on BLUT.

It's only bloody logisitics and wisdom in working out a plan.

Whatever the turnout It will be rocking.........until Bolton take the lead from their first corner

I'm only going to watch the huge, mighty, massive Bolton.
And hopefully I will deprive one of their many hundreds of thousands of fans a seat in a home section.

25,000 after United decide at 2:15pm to further reduce the away fans allocation to none whatsoever, prompting 2,000 Lancashire bumpkins to shout and knock on the door very loudly to let them in but we're ignoring them.

I've just booked tickets for tomorrow's game and here is what looks to be left online (approx):

6 in the South Stand previously netted off area
80 in the BL Lower
1,200 in the Kop, mostly in the wings

I assume there's a few left in the Family Stand that I can't see online and I'm not sure how many we lose for segregation (about 1,000?), but we could we be looking at close to 30,000?

What do you reckon?

76,000! Oh sorry, just got a touch of the "Massive" there!

Think i've just had Deja vu.

Is this an update from the thread that was posted an hour ago?

How many attendance threads will need to be merged?

I reckon 1 more than the number of Bolton fans on the kop tomorrow.

Two.

Just got tickets for tomorrow's game and here is what it looks like online

4 in the South Stand
75 in the BL Lower
1,402 in the Kop, (most of them on the wings towards south stand)
Family Stand: N/A-maybe 500
but we could we be looking at close to 29k

What do you reckon?

UTB

Love repetitive threads me

Apologies, I did check if another thread existed before I posted but it looks like I missed the one that Sheffsteel has put up.

Can the threads be merged?

At least your data is very similiar to mine which demonstates it's accuracy.

We had 27,980 for Scunny.
There will be 700 less away fans at tomorrow's game but
At least 1,000 more home fans.

So looks certain to be 28K maybe even 29K.

Although as already mentioned there could be more seats covered reducing capacity.
Someone's already commented that the front rows of the BL lower tier are covered
Also we don't know what sales are like on the John Street family stand.
