Remember being half way there a few years ago when it was called off - can't remember if it was frozen or waterlogged mind.

The rearranged fixture was one of our low points. An awful 1-0 defeat on a freezing cold day.

Forecast is not great for end of week...forecast is for sleet and snow Friday and Saturday and extremely cold.

Not sure Peterborough will really care one way or other as they have the money from the sales already and any sold back United would have to refund. I know I would struggle to get mid week due to work etc so here is hoping they have the covers on / straw / old fashioned heaters going!!!

Did you think so? It was my 1st ever visit to Peterborough, and my initial impression was that it was one of the cleanest places I'd ever visited. It's gone downhill since though.

More the ground than the town. We left after work and got in the ground about 10 minuted before kick-off. Thought we'd took a wrong turn and ended up in a farm cow shed.

By remarkable co-incidence, so was I

I have been to the ground twice, 1972 and 1982. Won 4-0 on both occasions.

Bought the tickets today. Am hoping for a hat trick of 4-0 wins

I seem to recall Jeff King wasn't bad either.

We were talking to King outside at 7 pm,he supposedly wasn't playing,7-20, the players were warming up,and King runs out,stripped and in the 11 playing.
Never did find out the reason,and he just used to answer " if only you knew" whenever I saw him down the Wicker( after he'd left United, of course)
