....with a request to keep any information discussed to themselves, only to then put it up on the internet regardless.Wish I could attend one of these functions where CW and AK tell ITK stuff to random strangers
Some fucking solicitor somewhere will tell him he has a good case.

Why the nastiness?
Some Solicitor may tell him he has a good case, possibly correctly depending on circumstances we are unaware of. Some Solicitor may tell him he has a good case possibly incorrectly due to either Ched not telling the entire truth or an "incorrect version of it", or the Solicitor failing to understand the law or heaven forfend deliberately advising incorrectly purely to make fees to which he would not be entitled to.
However, in any of the cases above, why would he be a "fucking Solicitor"?

Because we cancelled his contract after he was jailed for five years allegedly.Forgive my ignorance, but what is Ched suing us for exactly ?
The rumour was that he signed a contract when he was just about finishing his sentence but when all the shit storm hit KM cancelled itI may be missing something here, but didn't we actually pay the remainder of his contract while he was in jail (so he didn't lose anything there) and then didn't offer him a new contract as he was in jail for the following two seasons. What earnings could he have possibly lost from us?
I'll confess I don't know the qualifications of the proprietors of King Of Claims on Abbeydale Road. But I make an exception for them when it comes to the use of the F word.

God forbid the use of stereotypes for comedic effect. Anything else I can offend you and Snowman with?
Eh? Whatever makes you think I'm offended?

His contact was 'frustrated'? So it should be, I was fecking furious!I'm pretty sure that his contract with us would have been deemed 'frustrated' and as such cancelled without further consequences. Any lawyers please amend/agree/disagree whatever

Does anyone believe this stuff? Look at this below, Simon Moore, Billy "top scorer in League 1" Sharp, Caolan Lavery and Kieron Freeman must be feeling well chuffed..............

CW: Carruthers, Duffy, Fleck, Coutts and O'Connell can play in Championship
10:33 PM - 12 Jan 2017 · Sheffield, England
I thought the same at first mate, but on reflection CW was probably just responding to certain questions i.e. 'is our midfield good enough for the Championship' or 'is Jack good enough' etc
He may have said equally complimentary things about other players to people who didn't tweet?

From that twitter account's summary of tonight, it would appear that news of the Technical Board's demise has been greatly exaggerated – it is very much alive and well.
I was under the impression that the personnel had changed. Not that I had been disbanded
Not frustrated. Frustration is a failure of being able to carry out the contract due to an extraneous event. Classic situation is due to was or terrorist attack. Evans was unable to carry out his side of the contract by playing for SUFC due to his own behaviour so they were entitled to terminate the contract.I'm pretty sure that his contract with us would have been deemed 'frustrated' and as such cancelled without further consequences. Any lawyers please amend/agree/disagree whatever
