Pinchy job for you here. Another loss to your resume.

Not really Pinchy's job, and since Darren is lost to us, I suggest....

Some fucking solicitor somewhere will tell him he has a good case.

Why the nastiness?

Some Solicitor may tell him he has a good case, possibly correctly depending on circumstances we are unaware of. Some Solicitor may tell him he has a good case possibly incorrectly due to either Ched not telling the entire truth or an "incorrect version of it", or the Solicitor failing to understand the law or heaven forfend deliberately advising incorrectly purely to make fees to which he would not be entitled to.

However, in any of the cases above, why would he be a "fucking Solicitor"?

From that twitter account's summary of tonight, it would appear that news of the Technical Board's demise has been greatly exaggerated – it is very much alive and well.

Maybe lighthearted?

I may be missing something here, but didn't we actually pay the remainder of his contract while he was in jail (so he didn't lose anything there) and then didn't offer him a new contract as he was in jail for the following two seasons. What earnings could he have possibly lost from us?
The rumour was that he signed a contract when he was just about finishing his sentence but when all the shit storm hit KM cancelled it

I'll confess I don't know the qualifications of the proprietors of King Of Claims on Abbeydale Road. But I make an exception for them when it comes to the use of the F word.

God forbid the use of stereotypes for comedic effect. Anything else I can offend you and Snowman with?

If he inked it, then there's probably a case there. I can't believe Kev would be that dense though.

Or maybe that's the dalwhinnie talking...

Why are people talking about the daily mail like it doesn't talk any old bollocks to sell a paper. "Aston villa are interested in the striker" are they? If thats true I don't see why Aguero isn't out of bounds for us.

I'm pretty sure that his contract with us would have been deemed 'frustrated' and as such cancelled without further consequences. Any lawyers please amend/agree/disagree whatever

Does anyone believe this stuff? Look at this below, Simon Moore, Billy "top scorer in League 1" Sharp, Caolan Lavery and Kieron Freeman must be feeling well chuffed..............

CW: Carruthers, Duffy, Fleck, Coutts and O'Connell can play in Championship

10:33 PM - 12 Jan 2017 · Sheffield, England

I thought the same at first mate, but on reflection CW was probably just responding to certain questions i.e. 'is our midfield good enough for the Championship' or 'is Jack good enough' etc
He may have said equally complimentary things about other players to people who didn't tweet?

Yeah could be that Stretch, true.

I was under the impression that the personnel had changed. Not that I had been disbanded

I had thought it had been ditched but that sounds about right now you mention it – Adkins used to bang on about it anytime he was asked about transfers, so it probably just feels far less in the picture than it actually is.

Not frustrated. Frustration is a failure of being able to carry out the contract due to an extraneous event. Classic situation is due to was or terrorist attack. Evans was unable to carry out his side of the contract by playing for SUFC due to his own behaviour so they were entitled to terminate the contract.
It has been suggested the club may have given him some agreement when he was released on licence but as I understand it they simply gave him the opportunity to train with them. There was no contract and even if there was and it was terminated his damages for breach would be minimal as he wasn't getting paid (as I understand it)
