Hehe, there's my old junior school, St.Barnabas. It's now the bed shop opposite the Golden Lion on Alderson Road.
I have a duplicate of the fixture card on the left if anyone is interested (see post 715). Slightly battered and worn as these two are but measuring almost 10" wide and 18" tall they look fabulous framedBought these today. Fabulous old pub/ shop fixture lists from the 52/3 Division 2 Champions season
I can see where I work!
Bradshaw arriving to calm things down. All he's missing is a flashing light and siren in that picture

dont show Pinchy this , hoof merchants never did offer anything of note
It was a small school. I'm guessing about 100 kids at the most. It closed in about 1979 and the kids were absorbed into Lowfield Junior School on London Rd/Queens Rd.I was in there the other day and wondered what the building was before. Must have been a tiny school.
I went to Denby St nursery which is just off that pic opposite the Sportsman ,did you go there too ?Hehe, there's my old junior school, St.Barnabas. It's now the bed shop opposite the Golden Lion on Alderson Road.
