It'll be Hussey and Brown and we'll sign that Riley from Man U to replace Hussey as a LWB option. And hopefully Elliott Bennett to provide another option on the right.

Maybe Reed or Long will go to Boro with a view to a sale.

I was saying how playing a lot of games consecutively can take the edge off performances, and that a period without games could've been beneficial to us. Of course it's OK to rest players, but it depends who, and it depends on the circumstances.

The changes I'd consider today are Basham into midfield for Coutts/Fleck if either of them are tired/have a knock, and Lavery in for Clarke. If Billy is knackered then Clarke in for him.

Shame it hasn't worked out for Hussey, he must be gutted. Clearly he struggled when he started for us but I still think he was a decent option from the bench to fire in a few crosses if nothing else. At least he helped us snatch a couple of key goals, the last ditch equaliser against Fleetwood really did set the choo choo train going.

Good luck to him and I hope he lands on his feet. Seemed like a decent kid who was genuinely excited to be here.

Possibly mate, we are easily the biggest club he is ever likely to play for and the step up can't be easy. Some manage it, some don't I guess.
