He was right on the second sending off though.Bit of a nob ain't he
He's probably not done yet though![]()
Thought both decisions were right and, much as I'd like to slag him off, I actually thought that he had a good game.
What was the first red for? I couldn't see from Kop end.
Apart from not giving the most stonewall penalty in history for us in the second half.Thought both decisions were right and, much as I'd like to slag him off, I actually thought that he had a good game.

I am just glad he didn't try to even things up with a ridiculous red card or two for us second half.
Why should a referee have to warn somebody that if they don't calm down they are off? Personally I think it's down to the player or management..if it's a yellow or red card so be it.. don't give them a warning.. they know what they have done.. sod em...... - unless it's a friendly!! ;-)I blame their second sending off firmly on Shrews' manager. Their guy was obviously out of control for at least 15 minutes before he was sent off and their manager should have either told him to cool it or subbed him. A good ref. would have warned him, but Deadman isn't a good ref.
He should have had a yellow for ungentlemanly conduct ,when he got in Sharps face on the penalty. 2 more stonewall penalties missed ,if he moved about a bit more he might see them ,but the linesman had a perfect view in front of me.I blame their second sending off firmly on Shrews' manager. First sending off was a joke, the rules have changed and the kid slid in to win the ball. Deadman obviously doesn't know the rules and how he didn't see the shove on Sharp, the 30 seconds shirt pull on Bash and the blatant handball is beyond belief.
He is the refereeing version of Donald Trump.
Was beginning to think I had dreamed that blatant shove in the box. The most nailed on penalty in living history and the officials chose to miss it.First sending off was a joke, the rules have changed and the kid slid in to win the ball. He has connections with Vlad Putin![]()
He was right on the second sending off though.
He was correct for both. Second one was clearly dangerous play. First one a tackle from behind that brought the player down in the box. That's a penalty (obviously). What's maybe not so obvious to some is the rule about "last man"? If the offending player was the last man between the player and the goalkeeper when the foul is committed it is a sending off offence.
Deadman = Dead right on this occasion.
Wilder gave him a 9 on the refs report
a 7Really? How many did Wilder give him after Scunthorpe away![]()
