One nowt to Millwall, and a bitter atritious battle all day for two sides in crisis and under scrutiny from their fans. Millwall are a physical side and will have the edge. We'll improve, but there's a long way to go yet. I think their 5-1 t'other day was more of a blip than an indication of a downward slump in form, whereas our 3-0 was the latest chapter in a consistently bad string of results. Looking forward to a few beers, anyway.

So how the hell are Millwall in crisis then?

3 nil millwall ..one up in five minutes. meanwhile ched, che and the beard all score.

2-0 to Millwall, but we might muster a shot on target. Depressing times.

The referee today is Andy Woolmer and on the two occassions he reffed us last season we scored 3 goals in each game.

Wigan away,Crewe home.

He's trying to find something in Scoogs that he hasn't got. They'll kick him off the park. Shown no skill, no application and no ability IMO since dream game at wembley. Sorry Scoogs but go back north it's not as demanding.

Is Done ont bench? Could be an indication Vincenti deal is not just a rumour. One things for sure can't see both Done and Scoogs staying if either of them.

2-0 Millwall could've been 5 but for Moore is what I'm predicting. 71st minute for us to have a shot on target.

I'm going to be the 1st (I think) to predict a win for the blades, I'm thinking Clarke to get the first, followe.....

Fuck it, can't be arsed: 2-0 Millwall

Who,was that stopper we got and he went to pieces in his first home game then had some sort of confidence breakdown? Serious question I'll stare at first person to say Long or Simmo

Ok I'll stick my neck out and say 2 - 1 Blades! You heard it here first! Leon Clarke with both! I wonder if its a change of formation with Clarke as part of an attacking three with Scougall and Duffy either side and Billy up top on his own? Guess we'll not know till kick off. Either way I'm confident that we'll see a positive reaction from Tuesday night. We've removed three players that are out of form in Done, Long and Brayford, so that should help. Interesting that Long's not even on the bench! Transfer already!?

Lee Baxter?

Millwall:

Archer

Romeo Webster Craig Martin

Worrall Thompson Williams O'Brien

Morrison Gregory

A fairly strong but basic team with some attacking quality. Shows how easy it should be to be a force in this league.

I am not sure if there is anyone in the team who could win an egg and spoon race.

Surely Chapman was worth a start

Harris did inherit Gregory and has had a year longer than Tufty though. I reckon come May we'll be right up there with the likes of Millwall. Its a harder job than Wilder realised or our fans too I think. I did expect a better start then we've had and I don't blame Wilder for it.

Moore

Freeman Wilson O'Connell Hussey

Scougall Coutts Basham Duffy

Sharpe Clarke

Pace and flair in abundance.

A classic Blades 11.

Who would have thought that this would be the side we were putting out in 4th game of the season? Jesus

Sharp and Clarke again, anybody thinking the same as me!??? Wilder obviously doesn't seem to be paying attention!!!!???

Looks a shocking side. Considering he wants crosses into the box, playing Scougall on the wing won't get that.

He'd be better going with Clarke up front on his own, playing a 4-5-1

Moore
Freeman Wilson O'Connell Wallace
Basham
Coutts Whiteman Duffy
Scougs
Clarke

It would at least allow Freeman and Wallace to get forward and we know they can both cross the ball.
