2/1 to the blades 4231 formation done and sharp benched .a nice gallon consumed ,a friendly chat with the locals .

2-0 Blades
McNuts to start up top with Clarke
Chapman starts
New Keeper clean sheet

I expect we will change the formation, go one up front and attempt to park the bus.

Can't see us being tight enough defensively to pull that off and we will go down 2-0

I expect the formation will change at the refreshment kiosk at half time from 50 hard cases v one 16 year old girl to a zonal system. The zones being 50 staying in Sheffield and the 16 year old girl having a nice quiet shift.

Oh God no, not again please!! Surely they wouldn't be so evil to put us through anymore!!!
NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

How friendly are you planning on this chat being!?!?!????? Might come down to just to partake in the chat!

This thread is good, but it needs MOAR Morsy and Simon Moore.

2-1 Millwall, Clarke to score for the Blades.

A battling 1-0 defeat I'm afraid, leaving us in a relegation battle :( I think the performance will be much more encouraging though

with the benefit of today's movements

Moore in nets, Bash at RB, Jake in for Wilson, Coutts CM - not sure LM, same 2 up top.

0 - 0

UTB

Reasons to be hopeful:

We weren't that bad at Bolton, our only other away game so far
Losing Brayford will not make us any weaker
We now have a competent goalkeeper
It sounds like Wilder might play three central midfielders
Millwall showed weaknesses and got spanked 5-1 on Tuesday (could easily work against us though - they'll probably respond)

2-0 Millwall.

Gregory twice, one pen.

We'll have a shot on target though. Half as many as the number of goals Ched scores at Shrewsbury.

Feeling strangely optimistic for this one, no idea why. Hope I'm not proved totally wrong by 3.15 today. I'd happily settle for 0-0, and a clean sheet to start for Simon Moore.

Away at Millwall was always going to be a very difficult fixture for us this season, regardless of our woeful start. For me, I would be relatively satisfied with a big improvement in overall performance and a close game. Of course, very hopeful for a win or a point!

Early team news, we've have managed 11 that want to play.

Millwall team news, 11 outfield players no keeper no need

One nowt to Millwall, and a bitter atritious battle all day for two sides in crisis and under scrutiny from their fans. Millwall are a physical side and will have the edge. We'll improve, but there's a long way to go yet. I think their 5-1 t'other day was more of a blip than an indication of a downward slump in form, whereas our 3-0 was the latest chapter in a consistently bad string of results. Looking forward to a few beers, anyway.
