Morsey would have signed but the club did the usual dragging of its feet, like nearly all our signings things take an age as everything's got to go through captain Kev first.

Make Billy captain, Billy needs to concentrate on staying in the team never mind leading players on it, then there's Ched, a 100k in wages gamble, we all fooking DOOMED. Anyhow weve now gone back and said "you know that gentlemanly agreement well We've now arranged the contracts to sign today".

Because we've delayed a few days Morsy has had some interest elsewhere and now wants to think about all his options as he's in no rush to sign for anyone.

I think you do more for generating interest in rumours than Sunjihi does 58. Your trawl of the media and intwebbley thing put pieces of speculation together forming a vague scenario we old school refer to as a "rumour". Whereas, the BigBrotherHousemate type rush in in search of instant stardom with a few vague snippits of factual information they claim has been bestowed on them by Wilder or McCabe themselves. When this turns out to be wrong and/or inaccurate it's a scenario known as "bullshit" not "rumour"

Even if we are still paying half of his wage we have potentially freed up around 5-7 k per week in wages. Add Woolford's 'earnings' into the equation and we could be talking about 12k per week freed up in total. We could get 3 cracking young loanees in for that money and still have change for a slap up meal @ nandos.

He looked bewildered other day , just pushing passes into no mans land... mind you, the ridiculous decision to reduce the playing field (wilder surely?) has meant that anyone playing wide, Brayford, Duffy , Done, Chapman etc. had little choice but to cut inside , one of many ridiculous decisions that have produced dire crossing and the shit start to the season.

Sunjihi got a lot of info right last season but not many this season (never mentioned Hussey, Duffy and Wilson signings.Said DCL was currently having a medical at Everton but later that afternoon there were photos of DCL doing Boxing training at EIS, said a Shrewsbury defender was signing). For the last few weeks I have suspected that he isn't even a Blades fan (possibly a grunter) who has a friend that is a Blade who got a lot of info last season but finds it harder to get info this season.

Best guess I have seen so far. Most likely true.

As for Brayford, he looked OK in the first 20 minutes at Bolton, last week he looked depressed, but that didn't make him stand out as they all looked depressed, it's a sad state of affairs, the shortening of the pitch and the return of hoof has made Brayford even less effective, he's a good player when surrounded by other good players, sadly we sell anybody with a grain of talent asap so who's surprised that he's not played well...
