Well there's still quite a while til the end of the transfer window.

Maybe, the defeat on Tuesday was just the excuse the transfer committee needed to declare a lack of belief in the manager and opted to do some more due diligence on the players concerned.
Maybe the club has opted to look at cheaper alternatives (aka free or unattached) because they have decided to use the Adams money to fund the previous arrivals, and ongoing salaries....

Whatever it is, this bloke Sunjihi has kicked himself in the gonads.
