It looks like an interesting day to be a Blades fan and simply from reading on here, it was obvious feelings were running high.

How would you describe how you feel now?

Well ive always liked Blackwell, hopefully we can finish in the top 6.

I feel good :D

i feel optimisitc but not getting my hopes up, hopefully we can become stabalised again and them push on next season, not expecting miracles but perhaps a good run?

I feel MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH happier now. I feel as if a giant weight has just been picked off my head. It now feels like a new start for the club with the big shake-up in the internal infrastructure as well.

Time to reclaim Fortress Bramall Lane.

Much happier. No, Blackwell wasn't the ideal replacement, but Beyonce isn't in my bed either.

Not all wishes come true.

The mood was low after relegation, and immediately lowered by Sornob's appointment. Changes had to happen, and they have. Given that we can't get to the play-offs, realistically, just a decent run and a good long think before the end of the season, and another after it's end are in order.

Good move.

We've got to avoid relagation and beat the pigs.

Forget the play offs.

Pretty much what they said.

I'm certainly a much happier Blade!!!

Ask me after Sunday's game :)

I'm much happier this morning. I took the piss out of Blackwell's misfortune at Leeds but professionally, I'm optimistic about his appointment and happy that he has taken on the job short term. Maybe that will give him the drive to prove himself and as a result won't take any shit from the players. Plenty of the players already know Blackwell and I'm sure they will be happy to see him back too so hopefully the mood inside Bramall Lane will be lifted too.

Up The Blades.

Kevin Blackwell's Red & White Army.

I think Blackwell is probably the best manager we could have gotten, when you take training badges and the knowledge of the game he has into account.

Best appointment they could have made in the circumstances. Come on you blades

One downside to Blackwell's appointment is that he may still see Montgomery and Tonge as the 'up and coming starlets' that they were billed as back when he was last here and may start playing them again!

Monty's still out injured, but with Blackwell in charge Tonge could well start showing the form he showed in Triple Assault and when he came back to the starting line-up in the promotion season.

Not only does he know a lot of the old squad, he managed Killa at Leeds, Hulse at Leeds so he must be about the most qualified to hit the ground running.

aye alot happier, had a great season with the scum in our promotion season so hopefully we'll get higher in the league, play offs would be nice but not expecting it, ill be happy if we get near the play offs and beat the pigs :D

I feel ALOT happier now Robson and Kidd have gone! Hopefully now we can go on a run and finish in the top 6. It can be done! COME ON YOU RED AND WHITE WIZZARDS! :)

Never stopped monty before ;)

Hopefully he will see Tonge as the waster he now is. Tonge's been dreadful (barring a third of our promotion season) since the triple assault season. How he hasn't been sold yet I will never know.

I think he still has the potential to be a decent player, he just needs a fresh start at another club. Somewhere where the fans will be 100% behind him.

Optimism ;) I'm aiming for top 2 :D

It has to be happy.

Robbo,Kidd & Pieman two gone one going however unless The Blades are promoted, win the cup and Blackwell does a mooney to the pig fans on derby day i will be dissapointed if he is still manager next season.

Sureley the Blades will show some AMBITION............................

Surely the first 2 would do at least :p

I think we will show ambition, McCabe has shown bags of ambition since he joined and he's trying to build an empire, it will take time but he will get it right, I'm sure of it.

I can see Coleman joining in the summer, which would be good news for all Blades.

I feel much happier that Robson has gone. Cant believe it has took this long.

Hopefully we may see an improvement
