If Brayford goes we need a decent full back, not dross like Freeman or slotting square boots Basham in because he's a "utility player" sadly not a particularly good one.

Some think he's "gone" some worry he has and others think he'll get it back. The only person whose opinion matters is Chris Wilders. I'll go with him because he's the expert, but if he was dropping Brayford on today's performance, there were others just as poor.

There are Beatles fans who believe that Paul McCartney died in 1966 and was replaced with a lookalike. I think the same happened to John Brayford in the summer of 2014.

CW probably thinks Brayford will come good - recent history shows he will be waiting a long time - it's not just todays performance - his crossing continues to be absolutely woeful in virtually every game.

I will totally accept I didn't think we should sign Brayford at all, but I hope every player comes good for "our" team - just don't think he is good enough, even at this low level we are at. How long do we wait?

As for today's performance - would only put Clark on the scale of satisfactory.
