It's a ' win win ' situation for you then .
No it's not. If we fail again I take no pleasure in it.

Fuck it. I don't want to care anymore.
This is a football club where nothing is ever solved.
Just the same shit over and over and over again.
To those unhappy with the decision to sell an unimportant squad player for more than he's worth, I say just give it until the end of the transfer window before slating the decision too much. I know we've been here before but it appears to be different this time - we're selling with a view to re-investment, it's what the manager wants, we clearly need to fund 3 or 4 signings. We're not just selling for the sake of selling.
It was different last time. This is identical to what happened last season.

Football logic doesn't work like that though. We couldn't give half our team away when we got relegated but someone was prepared to pay good money for Slew.In general I'd agree with the sentiment but when you say unimportant squad player I think some would disagree with that. If we do get £2m for an unimportant squad player I can't wait till we start selling the important ones.
What was the waffle we had the other year "We don't have to sell our young players anymore" or some PR shite.
Honestly this club does not deserve us as supporters, the amount bullshit we have to put up with is unreal.
And the season before and the one before that one, same owd same owd.It was different last time. This is identical to what happened last season.
Basically Wilder has said that even without selling Adams money was available, the way I heard it was that he hadn't really spent much of the budget and as such had quite a bit to play with. He wants rid of the wallaces and Woolford and he wants a player who can take change a game , I took it as meaning he's still looking for somebody with a bit of magic? Grant ward was mentioned but he's obviously now at Ipswich. We'll see, I should learn not to get my hopes up....but I don't.
Brilliant piece of business as long we invest properly.
Our fans make me laugh.
Adams was at best very ordinary last season. He clearly has talent but his decision making was poor.
He has potential but no where near worth over 1 million.
Adams is one for the future but we don't have the luxery to plan for the future.
We NEED promotion this season not in a few years time.
We no longer need to sell anyone to balance the books, those days are gone.
I've heard we will be bringing in new players to improve the team.
It's not rocket science but surely this is good business
if we can bring in a new GK, centre defender and partner in midfield for Fleck.
Suppose we'll have to wait and see what happens regards the reinvestment.
Maybe Wallace's and Woolford, dont want to do a deal, maybe they are happy picking up a wage and not having to do much??They came to an arrangement with Hammond and paid him up, so why not with Woodford and the Wallaces?...if the money is there....are they still holding out in the hope someone comes in for them?
The wallaces are on peanuts so I don't think it really makes a difference, Woolford will be on a large wage but I doubt anyone will come in for him. We'll end up paying him off. They came to an arrangement with Hammond and paid him up, so why not with Woodford and the Wallaces?...if the money is there....are they still holding out in the hope someone comes in for them?

If Woolford is on a large wage who ever did this deal wants fucking shooting. The wallaces are on peanuts so I don't think it really makes a difference, Woolford will be on a large wage but I doubt anyone will come in for him. We'll end up paying him off.
