Surely missing out on both Revell and Holmes has struck home with our fan base that we're never going to sign he likes of Irvine and Roofe. We are unlikely to bid for anyone above £250,000 I would imagine. Teams like Charlton and Wigan before will be in the minority in this division. We've already made two decent signings and right now its quiet but its when the decent freebies go to our rivals that I'll panic. I don't class Revell as that to be honest.

Holmes wanted to go to Charlton. We don't need Revell or any other striker, or at least not as a priority – we need two central defenders and a quality central midfielder, and that is what we will get.

As good as Done is in his work rate, I'd love a decent left winger signing. You're right that centre half takes priority. Not so sure we'll get a centre mid, unless we get rid of a few on the list.

As I said a few posts backs we have a sell on clause With the amount of goals he scored and promotion it's going to be close to it's highest value, So leeds unless they up their offer, will be priced out. So I think the threads here purely for the puns
