I'm beginning to develop a man crush on CW. It's fabulous, absolutely brilliant to have a Blade managing the club. He speaks our language and, boy, have I missed it.

God, i miss Neil. Watched Warnock on utube again yesterday, what a Blade. Shame about his year in the Prem though

Who's blindly clapping mate, I've never seen so much venom this last few years (6 or 7 years). Are you telling me that a football club's good fortune are built on fan's moaning more? It's laughable.

Surely the pre-season is a time NOT to moan?! Unless you're a miserable sod anyway!

There's a difference between fans moaning and fans refusing to be carried away on a wave of artificial optimism, based on little substance imho.

So far, Tufty is a positive, two (free) transfers are a positive, but there's little else to be positive about given the Board's previous history.

When there's something to be really positive about ...... I suspect that most Blades fans will be positive. Until then ........ we've heard it all before from SUFC Boards .......

Wasn't aimed directly at you Rodley although I can understand why you would think so.

Point I'm making is that the club had a very easy ride into the third division, we sleep walked there.

Absolutely correct ........ sell decent players and replace with inferior ones, little or no investment in the Club, appoint crap Managers and its a guaranteed certainty that you're going to go the wrong way out of the Division.

Personally, i was not negative about NApkins, but i was unsure, however, i feel a Warnock era coming about us, nobody can deny Neil was a breath of fresh air and a true Blade.
I quickly lost faith in Adkins, i dont know if it was the geese, but his gander was quickly cooked for my liking.
I just hope, for once in my life, apart from promotions, we can achieve something, statistically we must be due to win the FA Cup, or even europe (pmsl) but please something. I once started a thread on Radio 5 about what you want more, England to win the world cup again or your team to win the FA cup, I know what i wish for!!! dream, dream,dream....................
And when he made the snide remark about what we expect, i knew he would be gone.

I dont think napkins really understood Sheffield folk, he was never a blade and never will be, not got the passion we have. sorry, dribbling again, good night.
