Well this is what McCabe still seems to fail to grasp. Other clubs who have not changed manager have all their transfer targets lined up and are in negotiations with them.

The problem is we don't know what budget Wilder is working to, say the fee for Moncur is half the budget, that's a big decision to make. How can Wilder be making those big decisions when he probably isn't sure what areas of the squad need strengthening most?

Just seen posh have agreed a fee and apparently terms with Moncur! Guess that means they're splashing the money from the sale of Washington in January. Dingles also have agreed a fee with Colchester. Hope he joins the Dingles. It's all very quiet right now at the Lane just desperate for a signing!
