Well hopefully Kyle is on his way back

See that he ended the season on the bench at Franchise.

Now this one is a deal from the past I'd love to see us resurrect. Just the sort of big, strong, nasty bastard we need in there (with added Bladeybladeness to boot).

Think he will get one more chance with wilder. There is a player there and maybe he has learnt a few lessons. Same for scougs and Diego. Could save a penny

DCL, Scougal and DDG have nothing to offer in this agricultural division next season ........

Loan out DDG & DCL and sell Scougal is the best option there.

UTB & FTP

Really !!!

MCNulty has just scored. Your timing is impeccable. !!

Say what you like about the lad. Maybe his attitude ain't great but the Pompey fans rate him and he sure knows where the onion bag is.

Like I say, don't matter what we think. It's Wilder that will decide.

And he is Still our player !!

UTB
We want players who boost our chances of getting promotion. McNulty isnt one of them

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a lot of DCL next season. Didn't Wilder give him big praise whilst on loan there?

McNuts is still the most natural finisher we have at the club - and I include Sharpy in that - he is not as good a finisher as McNuts
If that could be harnessed it would be a tremendous asset for next season.

Just cos of a few wanky mates - who are the one's that need to eff off - I believe he still has a part to play in this chapter of our history

I doubt wilder will take any shit and sounds like he is learning. A good third striker at this level of he wants to be.

Shot down by stringjunior ...

Tyler Durden start mentoring, we've got a potential piss bottle & flare thrower on here.

You've given me a great idea for an invention.

further shows how laughable things are - some of this current crop will potentially have had multiple clean slates by multiple managers whilst at the Lane. Wilder must realise he's under substantial pressure from the off. He ought to make firm decisions right away on the retained based on what ever evidence he can muster - live and die by it. we have had many players who have shown glimpses or good but bigger glimpses of being perennial dicks/failures.

Wilder t'owd lad, the clean slate cupboard is empty. Get on with finding better. And if not better, than at least some that look to give an actual shit.

Chris' advantage over the clean slate brigade of previous managers is that he will have seen most of the players as he attended a good few of them as a supporter already.

Don't know how he found the time with Northampton playing on Saturday , Tuesday . The bloke still won't know his arse from his elbow , unless some honest , football person points him in the right direction.

Portsmouth are losing. They have been more unsuccessful with him in the team. Never a team player, a goal hanger at the best

He did OK tonight but there was one moment where he was attacking the opposition box with only two defenders in front of him, he looked up and saw a team mate he could have easily put through 1v1, but instead he shot from outside the area. A one in twenty chance from that position.

I'm all for greedy strikers but that was taking the micky. He clearly still has a lot of growing up to do and is showing little sign of doing so.

Agree with all the comments about Mcnulty's mates and his often going missing in games but there is one thing you can't deny and it is the boy can finish and will score.

Had he played the same number of minutes as DCL or Sammon in the second half of the season he would definitely have scored more goals. Games we dominated possesion and chances, Gillingham, Barnsley, Rochdale, even Southend away - McNulty could have made the difference.

Yes he's raw, yes he needs discipline (like how Clough managed him) but used right he could be a big asset for us at this level next season. Natural goalscorers are never to be sniffed at, however greedy/lazy/lollipop suckingly idiotic they appear to be.

P.S. He is still young. Give the lad a chance I say. He certainly cares.

If he was Portsmouth's player and we knew nothing of his mates, would we be looking at him?

That's irrelevant. We don't need to decide whether to sign him, as we would if he were Portsmouth's player. He's already our player.
