Far too injury prone sadly.

He could have been a great defender for us and an ideal replacement for Maguire.

I've just been sent a text saying the only ones who are getting deals are Long and mceverley. Don't shoot the messenger!

We obviously need a squad so can't just get rid of the lot, but I hope that McEverley isn't going to be captain and first choice all next season.

Good luck Tel. You always gave 100%. Hope when you left the office you told them that. They might start to understand.

The problem is that he could only give 100% when he was fit to play, which was only ever about 40% of the time. If we could have instilled Tel Kennedy's desire into the rest of the spineless twats we'd have walked the league.

Good luck Tel.

Gutted for Tel but we need players who can play 40 odd games in a season and he has proved time and time again that his body isn't willing to do this. If I was him I'd try to get some coaching badges otherwise he could struggle to do anything else in the game he loves. Good luck Tel, you gave your all unlike some of the twats here.

Not the worst option as back up and if his attitude is exemplary then as a role model probably a good person to have around. If our defence is built with him in mind though I'd be a bit worried.

And not Captian! back up Squad if we must, maybe keeper if the keeper is sent off? after all he loves trying to grab the ball!

Have to agree. I'm no McEveley fan in the slightest, but as backup he'll do for now.

Shame about Tel. Always gave his all but he's been blighted by injuries since his teens. If I remember correctly he was more promising than Harry at youth level. I hope he manages to get over his problems and forge a career somewhere else.

Disappointing for the lad, as injuries unfortunately are always going to hold him back.

Its a good sign however, we cant afford any sentiment when it comes to the squad overhaul, and it looks like Adkins is showing he's prepared to be fairly ruthless.
