.I think Bolton beat us 1-5 at the The Lane week after Arsenal did in 78 , but yesterday was the worst i’ve seen at The Lane by a mile , total capitulation second half

Went to both the Arsenal 0-5 and the Bolton 1-5 in consecutive weeks in 78 - and we also lost the next game 5-1 at Sunderland.
Got to be a chance we do similar again this season though remarkably we didn't go down in 78 and waited til the following season to get relegated to the third division for the first time in our history.
