I've never used the finance way before, I paid for mine and my stepdaughters season ticket outright and got a receipt through the post and loyalty points have been added etc. When phase 2 started my wife decided to get the seat next to us but shes doing it through zebra finance, the first installment has been taken out but she's had no confirmation from the club or loyalty points, just says reserved on her online account. Anybody else used the finance service and is this normal?

It takes a bit of time but it will be fine

About £15:quid extra I think

They'll have a backlog. I renewed mine straightaway and did it on finance but I only got my receipt from the club a week or so ago.

KMc, CW and Billy came round to ours and thanked me personally. Oh, and I got an email too from the ticket office.

Yes, backlog from club due to recent high demand for tickets, money just come out of account but not notification or receipt from the club as yet.

Payments show as Raph debt collection.

if you are using Zebra Finance you should get everything in Black and White. If you use Camel Finance don't get the hump if it it all goes wrong.

you have to scan the Zebra like a bar code to get the points.

I didn't realise you had to "apply" for a season ticket? Do they have the right to refuse?

Is there an interview process?

I feel lucky I got mine by renewing online.

Same story with Kangaroo Credit - payment bounced. Resorted to Great White Finance - bunch of sharks. Last resort was Andrex Credit - you wouldn't believe the paperwork.
