With all our injuries upfront I'm surprised he hasnt been kept around - we don't have any other options on the bench really with lavery out, ched struggling fitness wise and clarke suspended. Unless we go for a change in formation?

Parkhouse has been leading the U23 line.
Jordan Hallam foxing in the box & dead balls
Ty Smith coming on to it at pace

None of those four ready for first team football imho.

Tyler Smith is the best bet IMO. I like his style, he does a lot of things well and plays like a more experienced player. Works hard, uses his body and seems to make good runs. Has some pace and ability to go with it.

Certainly someone has the chance to impress over the next few months where we'll be operating with just 3 strikers.

Jordan Hallam knows where the net is. I think it was larky who said he'd outscored George Hirst over the past 2 years.
