BBC Football gives the attendance as 31843. The capacity of the death trap is around 39000. Whilst an impressive attendance, hardly a sell out. But then, you Rovers fans enjoy embellishing everything so that a lie becomes the truth - much like SYP in the aftermath of the disaster at the death trap. You could have gotten a ticket easily love. I assume that the giro would not stretch that far?

I don't expect the fans to anything but get teary and upset when hopefully the scousers get what they have waited 27 years for ... namely someone to shoulder the blame for a badly built excuse of a stadium which didn't have the correct safety certification to hold the match, a club which oversold the capacity and then a club who were clearly rubbing their hands up until about 1457 on that day when some dickhead ordered a gate to be opened.

I truly, truly hope the law takes your fucking club to the fucking cleaners and you end up fucked up and in administration. It's not as though you wankers have had no fun watching us suffer because of Tevez and Evans, is it. So, y'know, what comes around ...

It was sold out in the home ends as of about Wednesday. I didn't expect it but as I said it was a game to get a PO place. I didn't realise we were that MASSIVE.

Many of them are already making the mistake of thinking promotion is a forgone conclusion. Last I checked, 6th doesn't mean promotion. They could well do it, but it'd be lovely to see egg on the faces of the arrogant dicks.

For me personally, it doesn't sting at all to see them where they are. Far far too much going on with us to have any room to care about the piglets. We'll be above them again at some point. Eventually.
